Lifestyle & Athletic Assessment
Stop guessing. Start knowing. We'll identify deficiencies in your movement and lifestyle and provide you with a detailed report and plan to help you identify where you should focus your energy.

Strategy Session
We'll review the data from your assessment with you over a 60 minute zoom call, help you set goals, make a plan to tackle these goals and identify new high performance habits.

Train
It's time to get to work. We'll build an individualized program from the information we gain from our assessment and develop the movement deficiencies that are holding you back from reaching your full potential. Train with us in person or online to increase your speed, power, strength and agility.
Chris is dedicated to applying cutting edge science to help people reach their athletic potential. He has served as a Sport Science Intern at USA Hockey and University of Minnesota, and later as Lead Performance Coach at Ridley College. Chris holds a PhD(s) in Sport Biomechanics from Brock University.
What if I'm not an athlete?
We believe that taking care of your body is ultra important regardless if you're an athlete or not. Our training programs can help you improve your longevity, quality of life and confidence.
Where are you located?
We're located in the heart of Hamilton, Ont at 70 Main St E #205, Hamilton, ON L8N 1A2.
What if I don't have time to workout?
Life's busy, we understand that. Training with us requires as little as 2-3 hours a week. Our coaches provide accountability and wisdom to help you get the most out of your time.
What if I don't like the workouts?
Many paths that lead to Rome. We do our best to tailor the workout to your unique preferences while still getting you the results you want. Our contracts run month-to-month so you're never locked into a long-term commitment.
Can't I just use free programs I found on the internet?
Free programs, often lead to you feeling beat up and bored because they're not tailored to your unique needs. We provide a completely custom program tailored to your unique preferences and body. Our programs are created by PhD level sport scientists who have worked with the worlds most elite athletes.
